MINORU
TANIGUCHI
Therapist
Minoru was born and grew up in Japan and lived in Melbourne (Australia) for 8 years.
While Minoru has unique working experience in business, export and education, he has always been interested in health and wellbeing. He made a decision in 2010 to start studying massage therapy to build a career he is passionate about.
Minoru has worked as a sports trainer for a football club (Eastern Football League) and participated in sports events as a massage therapist. His special interest is in sports injury management, support performance enhancement and visceral disorders. He has also worked for a college as a trainer of the Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice.
Minoru moved back to Japan in mid/2013 to study Seitai (a form of Japanese massage) and worked as a Seitai therapist in Tokyo. Through that experience, he has gained vast knowledge and experience in dealing with clients with serious conditions and symptoms.
Minoru has a vast experience seeing clients with various symptoms, seeing approx.200 clients a month at a clinic. Massage is not just a passive treatment. It sometimes needs your commitment to help yourself get better. Minoru ensures that your treatment plan is customised individually for you and gives you advice on self-care and daily lifestyle to minimise and prevent muscle dysfunction.
