Treatment at FlexiBody is not covered by National / Private health insurance.
Do I need to make an appointment for a treatment?
We aim to provide our clients with the highest quality service. Please give us 2 hours notice when you make a booking.
Can I cancel my appointment?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us more than 24 hours notice. A 100% cancellation fee applies for less than 24 hours notice and "no-shows".
How long will a treatment last?
The length of the treatment is depending on your health condition of the day. Generally, it takes about 40 - 60 minutes.

Will I be naked during the treatment?
Treatment at FlxiBody is with fully clothed as we don't use oil on your body.
Will the treatment hurt?
Minoru makes sure to give you the right pressure on your body by asking you if you are confortable or not. You don't need to hegitate to tell him when the pressure is too hard for you.
Is there anything I can do to be fit?
You will be given some home exercise and stretch to maximise the effect of the treatment and keep it last longer.
I don't have any particular symptoms...
Don't worry. Clients with no any particular symptoms come to FlexiBody on maintenance basis, once a month or twice a month. It is a good way to keep your heath on track!
Can I have a treatment during my pregnancy?
Of course you can! Some establishments will refuse to offer massage to a woman who is still in her first trimester because they wish to avoid any liability due to the increased risk of miscarriage during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. However, unless it’s a high-risk pregnancy, there is no physiological reason to avoid massage in the first trimester.
Does the treatment effective only with pain and injuries?
Minoru has been dealing with clients with physical dysfunction, mental problems, women's health issues etc... all sorts of conditions. Please consult with him any health issues you have.
I've seen other doctors and therapists, but my symptoms have not improved...

How many times do I need to visit the clinic to be fully recovered?
The healing process is differ from one person to anothe, depending on the symptoms, lifestyle etc... However, clients at FlexiBody generally feel the difference with 1 - 3 treatment.
How often shoud I take the treatment?
Your posture has been improved and the pain/discomfort has been eased after the treatment, but your body tries to fix your body to the pre-treatment condition. This is simply because your body remembers your pre-treatment condition is correct and hard to accept ‘new you’!
Why you are recommended to get a treatment on regular basis (once or twice/week for the initial month) is to educate your body, so that it doesn't give your body some time to fix itself to ‘old you’.
